Construction &Land Title Authentication

Property Construction.

We undertake all aspects of property construction from the Architectural work to the internal and external decoration. We have trained personnel from Architects, Brick layers, Interior designers and Decorators. We will give you a 24/7 access to your project with an attached project manager to answer any questions you might have.

Land Title authentication.

Many of us have been sold air with fake deeds. It is therefore part of our mission to do comprehensive Land Title searches to make sure that we establish true ownership of the land before any payments are made. We can also help with processing your Titles. Our Charges for this service are minimal just to cover the costs.

Buying and Selling.

Buying and selling properties.

We do undertake the buying and selling of properties all over the country. We have buyers and sellers looking for specific properties in specific areas. Our job is to match your property with a suitable buyer and if you are a buyer, we will match you with the right property. We will not charge you any fee until your property is sold or if you are a buyer, until you get the right property.

But when it comes to building our dream house on the contrary we go for the cheap. A good architect will give you; • A Good Design – A good design builds a good house. • Efficient floor plan- Optimal room sizes without space wastage • Sustainable Design – Low running costs during occupancy • Good Finishes - Finishes carry the biggest cost of the house 2. Keep the Design Simple Most times in design, Less is always More. Keep the design simple but not simplistic. Too much zig and zag means more costs. Take off what you do not need and leave the essentials without compromising.
